Delivery Information

All of the product for sale on DRY77.com comes with free shipping unless otherwise noted. Please check your checkout page for the actual shipping fee.

Processing Times:

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of completion of the payment. Payments completed before 12 PM EST usually are packed and shipped within the same business day.

Orders weighing less than 1 lb will be shipped using USPS First Class Service as the default service unless instructed by the customer with a fee. All orders over 1 lbs might be split into two packages shipped by USPS First Class or shipped using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEX Ground whichever offer is cheapest.

Shipping process time takes 2-7 days depending on your shipping location.

Pre-Orders/Back-Orders:

If you place an order which is for a pre-release product or an out of stock item, which we are taking back-orders for, the full cost will be taken at point of checkout. All products ordered will be sent once all items are in stock. Will provide communications to keep you informed while your order is outstanding.

Refused and Invalid Orders:

Any shipped orders which are refused by you, your Country’s customs/import department, or having invalid shipping address will only be refunded once we received the package.

Customs and Importation:

If you are ordering from outside of the United States, you will be liable for customs and/or importation fees. These fees are completely out of our control and are set by your Country’s Government. Any fees relating to importation of goods are soley at the customers expense and DRY77 by NY Gift Stop Inc are not liable for any of these charges.

What to do if you do not receive your order:

Please understand that some courier/postage delays are out of our control and that we continuously monitor the reliability of the delivery companies that we use so that we can provide the best service for our customers.

PLEASE NOTE – IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT ON THE INVOICE YOU RECEIVE.
